Our Offices
We have one office which will soon be ready to let, of about 1300 sq ft. More offices will be available in the future. We also have potential to develop eco-friendly offices for those who prefer a simple but functional workspace.
BT have installed new wiring to the Business Park and the internet system has Broadband connections, with structured cabling and skirted trunking throughout all offices, for maximum flexibility. The offices are fairly close to the Exchange. It is likely that a fibre optic option will be available in the autumn. All our offices are well insulated for cost effective operation, and have gas central heating and separate kitchen facilities.
We are happy to discuss alternative packages, particular requirements, or any additional features which you might need. The offices will be particularly appealing, though, to those who want to maintain relative independence and avoid the problems associated with serviced accomodation.
The offices are situated at the south of York on the side of the A64. They are close to a wide range of shops, pubs and facilities, including the Askham Bar Tesco, which is about 1 mile from the site. York College is only a few hundred yards away and the York Designer Outlet can be reached by a short car journey. We are also located within a few miles of the Technology and Science Park at the University of York, and we can recommend contacts who would be able to help with your IT requirements.
